Translator (Chinese, Indonesian, English)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced trilingual translator and interpreter to support daily business communication and operations & maintenance (O&M) at our AIDC (AI Data Center) facility. You will provide written translation and on-site interpreting between Chinese, English, and Indonesian, covering O&M reporting, equipment fault notifications, facility operation reports, meetings, and day-to-day coordination between our Chinese team and local teams, suppliers, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide trilingual translation and interpreting between Chinese, English, and Indonesian to support daily communication and O&M scenarios at the AIDC data center, including written translation and on-site interpreting for O&M status reports and repair requests, equipment fault notifications, and facility operation reports.

• Attend data center O&M meetings, cross-departmental coordination meetings, and communications with local suppliers and partners; provide on-site interpreting support and take, translate, organize, and distribute meeting minutes.

• Translate daily business emails, work notices, operation manuals, maintenance work orders, and other documents across the three languages, ensuring accurate and timely information flow between the Chinese team and local teams.

• Master and accurately use AIDC data center technical terminology (e.g., UPS uninterruptible power supply, diesel generators, precision air conditioning); maintain and update the terminology database to ensure professional and consistent translation.

• Assist with trilingual communication and coordination for unexpected on-site issues; provide real-time interpreting support during equipment failures and urgent repair requests to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

• Organize and archive translation materials, and complete other translation and coordination tasks assigned by the business department.
