About Us

Bottega Italiana Bali is an established and growing restaurant group operating multiple Italian dining concepts across Bali. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.

• Present menus and explain food and beverage options to guests.

• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.

• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-organized.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

• Follow restaurant service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Basic to good English communication skills.

• Friendly, proactive, and well-groomed.

• Able to work in a team and under pressure.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Must be domiciled in Bali and available for an offline interview in Bali.
