About the Company

Bottega Italiana Bali is an established and growing restaurant group operating multiple Italian dining concepts across Bali. We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Senior Waitress to join our team.

Job Description

• Provide excellent guest service and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Take orders and ensure food and beverages are served accurately.

• Coordinate daily service operations and support the restaurant team.

• Train and guide junior waitstaff.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with restaurant service standards.

• Operate POS systems and manage orders and payments accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

• Previous experience as a Senior Waitress or team leader is preferred.

• Familiar with POS systems, especially MOKA.

• Good communication skills and basic conversational English.

• Strong customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, proactive, well-groomed, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Must be domiciled in Bali and available for an offline interview in Bali.
