About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management

• Proven experience in sales, revenue management, or digital marketing is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of OTA platforms and booking systems

• Hospitality & guest experience management

• Sales strategy & revenue optimization

• Leadership and team management

• Analytical thinking (pricing, occupancy, performance tracking)
