Tax Supervisor

About the role

Seven Stones Indonesia is looking for an experienced and proactive Tax Supervisor to lead tax compliance activities, oversee tax reporting, and support tax advisory services for our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate combines strong technical tax expertise with leadership skills and a client-focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation, review, and submission of monthly and annual tax returns in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

• Oversee tax calculations, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and monitor regulatory changes.

• Review the work of tax team members and provide technical guidance and support.

• Provide tax consultation and advisory services to clients.

• Handle tax audits, tax disputes, and correspondence with tax authorities.

• Maintain strong client relationships and address tax-related inquiries professionally.

• Identify tax risks, recommend solutions, and improve internal processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a consulting, accounting, or tax services firm.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.

• Experience reviewing tax returns and supervising or mentoring team members.

• Proficient in relevant tax platforms, including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and DJP Online.

• Brevet A & B certification is required or highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
