UI/UX - Software ( Surabaya )

Responsibilities:

1. Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

2. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs.

3. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes

4. Work closely with developers and product teams

5. Improve existing designs based on feedback and data

6. Keep up with the latest design trends and tools

7. Familiar with the design specifications of web, android, ios, and small programs

Requirements:

1. Speak fluently and write effectively in English.

2. Desire to work in a Software Company

3. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills, user flow creation, and prototyping

4. Proficient in Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint (must-have); Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus

5. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

6. Good communication and teamwork skills

7. Flexible and adaptable

8. An organized person with a positive mindset

9. Attention to detail and a user-first mindset

10. Academic: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or any related field

11. Job Experience: At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX

12. Has AI knowledge (need to specify during interview)
