Recruitment Specialist ( Surabaya )

Job Description: 

1. Implement employee selection with end-to-end hiring processes

2. Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and attract potential candidates

3. Review resumes to identify qualified candidates

4. Conduct initial interviews 

5. Regular communication with candidates during recruitment process

6. Responsible in all general affairs activities

7. Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirement:

1. Speak fluently and write effectively in English

2. An organized person with a positive mindset

3. Excellent Communication and coordination needed

4. Strong knowledge of sourcing & recruitment processes, sourcing tools and techniques

5. Academic: Diploma / Degree or higher

6. Experience: Min 1 year in similar environment
