Implementation Specialist (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of software applications to ensure a smooth deployment process

• Provide user training and ongoing guidance to ensure effective application usage to ensure effective application usage

• Address user issues and coordinate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical problems.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology and Information Systems

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, IT support, or a related field

• Strong communication skills and patience to assist non-technical users

• Willingness to travel for work when required.
