About the role

Tutor Matematika responsible for teaching Mathematics according to curriculum and student needs, particularly for OSN Matematika preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics material according to curriculum and student needs, particularly for OSN Matematika preparation

• Develop modules, teaching materials, practice questions, and explanations of Mathematics content

• Teach concepts in algebra, geometry, number theory, combinatorics, calculus, and statistics according to learning level

• Guide students in solving problems logically, systematically, and efficiently

• Train mathematical reasoning skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

• Develop interactive learning methods suited to students' ability levels

• Evaluate learning outcomes and monitor student competency development regularly

• Collaborate with academic team in developing materials, question banks, and olympiad coaching programs

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Mathematics Education, Mathematics, or related field

• Master Mathematics concepts according to teaching level

• Understand OSN Mathematics material and question characteristics (valued)

• Able to develop materials, practice questions, and explanations systematically and accurately

• Good logical reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication and teaching skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply

• Able to use digital learning media

• Thorough, disciplined, creative, and able to work collaboratively with team

• Teaching experience, olympiad coaching, or Mathematics competition achievements (valued)
