About the role

Key responsibilities

• Teach Informatika materials according to curriculum and student needs, particularly for OSN Informatika preparation

• Develop modules, teaching materials, practice questions, and explanations for Informatika content

• Teach fundamental programming, algorithms, data structures, computational logic, and problem-solving

• Guide students in solving algorithm and programming problems systematically and efficiently

• Train computational thinking skills, algorithm analysis, and program debugging

• Develop interactive learning methods suited to student ability levels

• Evaluate learning outcomes and monitor student competency development regularly

• Collaborate with the academic team on material development, question banks, and olympiad training programs

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Informatika, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

• Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, programming logic, and computational thinking

• Mastery of at least one programming language such as C++, Python, or Java

• Strong analytical, logical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

• Strong communication and teaching ability with capacity to explain technical concepts clearly

• Disciplined, creative, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with a team

• Understanding of OSN Informatika characteristics or programming competition experience is a plus

• Teaching experience, olympiad coaching, or programming competition achievements are a plus
