Training Specialist – Agent Development

Qualifications:

• Minimum Master’s degree

• Master’s degree in Education or Communication is a plus

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Lecturer

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Confident in delivering training materials and engaging with audiences

• Proficient in using learning technologies, including Zoom Meeting

• Develop and prepare learning and training materials based on business needs

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective training sessions

• Assist in developing training programs and learning methods

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and delivery methods

• Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques to be incorporated into training materials
