Talent Management Support Intern - Graphic Design

Responsibilities

• Design creative posters, banners, infographics, and other visual materials for internal HR programs and employee communications.

• Develop visually appealing materials to support talent management initiatives, training sessions, and employee development programs.

• Assist in creating presentation decks and other communication materials as needed.

• Collaborate with the Human Capital team to ensure designs align with company branding and communication objectives.

• Support other Talent Management and Human Capital activities as required.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or a related field.

• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other relevant design software.

• Demonstrate creativity, a strong visual sense, and attention to detail.

• Must provide a design portfolio showcasing previous poster designs or other relevant visual design projects.

• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team.

• Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO), Monday to Friday.
