Talent Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent management strategies to support business objectives and employee development.

• Conduct talent mapping and talent reviews to identify high-potential employees and key talents.

• Plan and coordinate talent development programs, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs), leadership development, and career development.

• Support succession planning by identifying potential successors for key positions and preparing development plans.

• Monitor and evaluate talent development progress and program effectiveness.

• Support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including organization structure reviews, job analysis, competency management, and performance management.

• Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify talent gaps and recommend appropriate development initiatives.

• Prepare talent management reports and analysis to support HR decision-making.

• Responsible for implementing and supporting the Company's management systems, including SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000, in daily operations, while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, standards, and requirements, and reporting any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, or non-conformities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management or a similar HR role.

• Proven experience in talent mapping, talent development, and succession planning.

• Basic knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) concepts and practices.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Working English proficiency to interpret technical/regulatory documents and standards, and to correspond as needed with overseas certification bodies, technical counterparts, and Headquarters correspondents.

• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Kabupaten Serang
