Electrical & Solar Panel Engineer

Responsibility:

• Operate and maintain solar PV systems, including inverters, panels, and monitoring systems.Ensure the availability of engineering documents and manual / instruction books and keep it save and neat.

• Monitor energy generation, efficiency, and system performance.

• Coordinate corrective actions for faults, underperformance, or outages.

• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.

• Assist in commissioning and testing of new electrical and solar installations.

• Ensure the safety of or people and our products always.

• Support Planned Maintenance Pillar, System and Tools implementation.

• Evaluate and identify any machinery & facilities, coordinate necessary improvements actively to accelerate the machines.

• Monitor and ensure that spare parts are always available at the workshop, being kept in good condition and is ready to use.

• Implementing management system ISO 9001, ISO 140001, FSSC 22000, OHSAS 18001 consistently.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or related major.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical utilities, power distribution, or industrial facilities.

• Understand electrical standards (PUIL & international).

• Understand maintenance system OPM, AM, TPM, metrics.

• Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word, etc).

• English spoken as daily communication, able to use it as working language.

• Willing to be placed in Cikande - Serang.
