Talent Management Analyst

About the role

This role involves identifying, mapping, and profiling talent based on performance, potential, competencies, and psychological assessment results to support talent development. You will support the planning and implementation of talent pipeline programs, leadership development, and succession planning to prepare high-potential talent according to company needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assessment process, including coordination with assessors/vendors, administration of implementation, interpretation of results, and preparation of reports and talent development recommendations

• Monitor and evaluate talent pool, succession plans, and Individual Development Plans (IDP), including identification of development needs and talent retention risks

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support employee wellbeing and productivity

• Conduct talent management data analysis and prepare reports and presentations to support management evaluation and decision-making

About you

• Master's degree in Psychology (Mandatory)

• Understanding of psychometrics, psychological assessment interpretation, assessment centers, and competency evaluation

• Understanding of talent management concepts, talent mapping, succession planning, and employee development

• Strong data analysis capabilities, report writing, communication, and presentation skills

• Detail-oriented and analytical with ability to maintain confidentiality of data and assessment results

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in Talent Management, Assessment, or Organizational Development is a plus
