IT Application Operations Staff

We are looking for an IT Application Operations Staff to support the day-to-day operations of our internal business applications. This role will be responsible for resolving application issues, supporting users, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring data accuracy and access management in accordance with business and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day issues related to internal company applications through IT Helpdesk, including problem identification, coordination with users and IT teams, and follow-up to ensure issues are resolved effectively.

• Develop and maintain user guides, system documentation, and troubleshooting references to improve user understanding and system utilization.

• Perform user data verification and evaluation, including approval workflow configuration, to ensure data accuracy and appropriate access rights in accordance with operational requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support application improvements and ensure smooth business operations.

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Application Support, IT Operations, or a similar role.

• Experience in the multifinance industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with SQL Server, software applications, and web services.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
