Deskripsi Pekerjaan Job Description:

Accountable as Subject Matter Expert in Energy & Decarbonization program execution across supply chain.
Perform in executing new/ complex energy & decarbonization projects which are outside the scope of CREM/ factory/ logistic's.
Drive governance in energy and decarbonization performance accross supply chain.
Regular energy and decarbonization performance evaluation and unlocking bottlenecks together with PIC-related teams.
Conduct GHG Accounting and Energy performance review regularly (corporate view).
Create standard documents related to energy management & decarbonization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial utilities and energy systems, including boilers, chillers, compressed air systems, refrigeration, electrical distribution, solar PV, dust collectors, and AHUs.
Experience in project management and feasibility study/business case analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and structured thinking.
Self-driven and proactive.
Ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
