Supervisor Logistic

About the role

This role involves overseeing and ensuring the smooth distribution of products from factories and warehouses to customers, with responsibility for optimizing logistics operations, managing transportation partners, and leading an administrative logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth distribution processes of products from factory or warehouse to customers

• Develop and control shipping schedules to meet customer requirements

• Optimize routes, transport capacity, and shipping costs to improve logistics efficiency

• Manage and evaluate transporter performance based on timeliness, cost, and service quality

• Ensure all shipping processes comply with SOP and company service standards

• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and related teams to ensure customer order fulfillment

• Handle operational obstacles, delays, and shipping claims and determine corrective actions

• Lead and evaluate the performance of the logistics administration team

• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare reports and operational evaluations regularly

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or distribution, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage industry

• Experience supervising operational logistics teams or distribution administration

• Understanding of distribution processes, transporter management, shipping planning, and logistics cost control

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems or logistics applications

• Leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills

• Accustomed to working with delivery accuracy targets and cost efficiency

• Willing to work mobile and be placed in Ngawi, East Java
