About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team based in Bali with placement in Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store facilities. As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and administrative excellence. This role is integral to our success, as you will be the key person ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining store standards, and driving team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards

• Lead, motivate and support store staff members, providing training, guidance and performance feedback

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times

• Monitor store inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage stock effectively

• Prepare and maintain accurate administrative records, including daily reports and schedules

• Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organised and meets all health and safety regulations

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly

• Coordinate with management on sales targets, promotional activities and store improvements

• Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure effective communication within the team

• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures across all store operations

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or client-facing environment

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment

• Indonesian language proficiency is essential; English language skills are advantageous

• Willingness to be based in Jakarta as required for this placement
