About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Staff to join our Uluwatu store location in Bali on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic retail team in one of Bali's most sought-after locations. As Store Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store operations, and contributing to the success of our retail environment. Your presence and dedication will directly impact the customer experience and the overall performance of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors

• Assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations and purchases to ensure satisfaction

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale

• Maintaining the store environment by restocking shelves, tidying displays and keeping the space clean and organised

• Supporting visual merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are attractive and compliant with company standards

• Handling customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and courteously

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

• Following company policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times

• Contributing to inventory management and stock control activities as required

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers

• A positive, friendly demeanour and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team

• Basic numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry stock, and move around the store environment

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including potential weekends and peak trading periods

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organised store environment

• A willingness to learn and develop skills within a retail setting
