Store Supervisor (Balikpapan)

About the role

This role involves managing a retail store team, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures across all store functions including staff management, product display, sales analysis, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure sales assistant team and cashier follow SOP

• Manage staff shift schedule, develop staff skills, and evaluate staff work performance

• Organize and maintain product display and products according to SOP

• Understand product knowledge and communicate it to customers effectively

• Identify market trends in target market

• Analyze sales report, customer traffic, and store promo

• Make sales report and sales planning

• Ensure promotion activities according to SOP

• Ensure security of store, staff, and customers

• Ensure store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and presentable

About you

• Minimum educational background Diploma degree any major

• Minimum 4 years working experience in a similar role in retail industry (footwear/sportswear)

• Understanding of KPI's Metrics

• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills

• Able to communicate in English

• Able to work well in a team

• Strong willingness to learn and develop in the retail industry

• Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and holiday

• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
