Maintenance (Balikpapan Area)

Job Description:

• Inspect and ensure all building facilities and equipment are operating properly.

• Monitor air conditioning, lighting, elevators, electrical meters, and other utility systems.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities and equipment.

• Replace damaged lighting and maintain the cleanliness of cooling systems, grease traps, and drainage facilities.

• Carry out minor building repairs, including painting walls and repairing floors or tiles.

• Prepare utility reports, including electricity, water chiller, and telephone usage.

Requirements:

• Min. education SMA/ SMK in a related field

• Min. 1 year of experience in the retail industry.

• Fluent conversation in English.

• Great communication and customer service skills.

• Willing to work in shift, weekend, and public holiday.
