Store Crew / Shop Assistant (Toko Parfum)

About the role

Find Perfumery is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Crew/Shop Assistants to join our team at our Tangerang District location in Banten. This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our store to the highest standards. As a Store Crew member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping environment and driving sales through your product knowledge and interpersonal skills. This position is essential to our retail operations and contributes directly to the success and reputation of Find Perfumery.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable assistance with perfume selection based on individual preferences and needs

• Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and processing cash and card transactions efficiently

• Maintaining a clean, well-organised and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging product displays

• Assisting with inventory management, including receiving stock, counting items and reporting discrepancies

• Building positive relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business through excellent service and product recommendations

• Following company policies and procedures, including opening and closing store routines

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessary

• Participating in staff training sessions and staying updated on new products, promotions and company initiatives

What we're looking for

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping customers find the right products

• Strong communication abilities in both verbal and written forms

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also working independently when required

• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism

• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing cash

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items safely

• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates

• Product knowledge of perfumes and fragrances is a plus, but full training will be provided

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
