Perfumery Head Store

About the role

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer experience aligned with Find Parfumery's standards, ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand through visual merchandising and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and product movement

• Prepare and review sales and operational reports

• Build a high-performing team culture focused on service, growth, and excellence

About you

• 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably within beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium retail

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1)

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

• Experienced in inventory management

• Customer-oriented with a strong eye for detail, presentation, and service excellence
