Steward (Sanur)

Key responsibilities

• Washing, sanitising and storing all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery and glassware to the highest hygiene standards

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, storage areas and dish-washing stations throughout service periods

• Handling and disposing of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations

• Restocking supplies of clean equipment and materials as needed by kitchen and front-of-house staff

• Following food safety and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and cross-contamination

• Assisting with food preparation tasks when required, including peeling, chopping and basic food handling

• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations

• Maintaining personal hygiene and wearing appropriate protective equipment at all times

• Reporting any damage to equipment or facilities to management promptly
