Server (Sanur)

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in designated areas in accordance with restaurant procedures

• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings

• Taking accurate orders from guests and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serving food and beverages promptly whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism

• Checking in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Processing payments using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions accurately

• Clearing and resetting tables between seatings in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and service stations

• Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and operational excellence

• Following food safety and hygiene protocols consistently

• Responding professionally and promptly to guest requests and special requirements

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or dining establishment

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods whilst maintaining a professional demeanour

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy

• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for peak dining times and weekends

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic numeracy skills for handling payments

• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous

• Professional appearance and personal hygiene standards
