About the role

We are seeking an experienced Staff PPJK to join our dynamic team in Central Semarang, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing and optimising our export & import operations. As a Staff PPJK, you will manage customs documentation processing, goods classification & HS code determination, customs systems operation, field coordination / on site customs coordination, physical inspection and customs lane routing. This role is integral to PT UUL GROUP SUPPLY CHAIN INDONESIA's continued growth and our reputation for excellence in international trade logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Managing customs clearance processes, customs documentation (PIB/PEB), and calculating Import Duties, VAT, and Income Tax (PPh Impor)

• Operating electronic customs system such as CEISA (Customs-Excise Information System and Automation) or INSW

• Coordinating effectively with customs officials, shipping lines, airport authorities, and warehouse personnel

• Meticulously auditing logistics documents and cargo data to prevent errors or penalties at the port area

• Managing and meeting cargo release deadlines under high-pressure environments

What we're looking for

• Minimum education background in Logistics, Maritime, Transportation, International Trade, or relevant Administration fields

• Preferably or required to hold an official Customs Expert Certificate (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) from BPPK / Ministry of Finance

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customs export/import or customs clearance

• Proficient in customs regulations, customs documentation and HS Code classification

• Experienced in operating CEISA or INSW systems with strong field coordination skills

• Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of working under high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
