SPV Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SPV Warehouse to join PT HSC Indonesia in a full-time capacity. Based in North Labuhanbatu, North Sumatra, this is a pivotal supervisory position within our warehouse operations. As Supervisor Warehouse, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of safety and inventory management. This role is essential to our logistics operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies

• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock management and record-keeping

• Overseeing the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods in compliance with company procedures

• Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards across the warehouse facility

• Training and developing warehouse team members to enhance their skills and productivity

• Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain warehouse organisation and efficiency

• Managing warehouse equipment and coordinating maintenance activities

• Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse operations

• Monitoring and reporting on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs

• Identifying process improvements and implementing efficiency initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar supervisory role within manufacturing and logistics operations

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating warehouse teams

• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments

• Proficiency in data analysis and warehouse performance metrics

• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is highly desirable

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
