Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High School / Vocational School in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as F&B Supervisor

• Strong understanding of overall Outlet F&B operations

• Proficient in basic costing, food cost control, and inventory management

• Strong knowledge of kitchen SOPs, plating standards, and service flow

• Firm leadership skills with strong discipline and problem-solving ability

• Able to work in a target-driven and high-pressure operational environment

• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards

• Experienced in team management and shift scheduling

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  

Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure Outlet operations run according to SOP

• Control product quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards

• Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste

• Control daily stock and coordinate with the Purchasing team

• Organize and ensure team readiness before operations (briefing & closing)

• Conduct team training and performance evaluation

• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained according to F&B regulations

• Handle operational issues and product-related complaints

• Prepare daily reports related to sales, waste, and operational issues
