Spare Part Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Spare Part Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for controlling, recording usage, and proposing purchases of all spare parts within the maintenance department's responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor the quantity and condition of all spare parts in the maintenance area, preventing stock shortages

• Conduct periodic stock audits of all spare parts in maintenance

• Provide rapid response to technical team requirements during repairs

• Propose spare part purchases, retrieve spare parts from warehouse, and monitor arrival of ordered spare parts

• Ensure spare parts are used effectively to achieve work efficiency

• Create spare parts maintenance reports on a regular basis

• Comply with government regulations and company HSE policies, procedures, and regulations

• Ensure HSEMS requirements are established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards

• Ensure all activities refer to HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control)

• Maintain HSE equipment in the company

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Mechatronic fields

• Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing Industry in Maintenance department

• Understand and capable of performing spare parts administration work

• Capable of conducting technical analysis accurately and appropriately

• Capable of performing simple technical work

• Able to operate computers

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Diligent and hardworking

• Honest with integrity and loyalty
