Preventive Planning Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Perform Preventive Planning Maintenance activities on machinery and equipment located in the factory area. Responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance work on all machines and equipment in the factory, including periodic machine maintenance, periodic parts testing, and periodic parts replacement. Identify problems, conduct quality control, and ensure all equipment performance functions well with high performance. Responsible for cost reduction implementation through proper control of spare parts and consumables usage. Responsible for material usage to achieve work effectiveness. Create Preventive Maintenance activity reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Preventive Planning Maintenance activities on machinery and equipment in the factory area

• Create schedules for Preventive Maintenance work on all machines and equipment in the factory, including periodic machine maintenance, periodic parts testing, and periodic parts replacement

• Identify problems, conduct quality control, and ensure all equipment performance functions well with high performance

• Implement cost reduction through proper control of spare parts and consumables usage

• Manage material usage to achieve work effectiveness

• Create Preventive Maintenance activity reports

• Stop work if unsafe and hazardous conditions exist related to work responsibilities

• Comply with government regulations and company HSE policies, procedures, and regulations

• Ensure HSEMS requirements are established, implemented, and maintained according to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards

• Maintain HSE equipment in the company

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Mechatronic fields

• Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing Industry in Maintenance/Engineering

• Understand and capable of performing Preventive Planning Maintenance work

• Capable of conducting technical analysis well and accurately

• Capable of using testing equipment such as vibration meter, multimeter, thermography, heater calibration, Oil Analysis, and similar tools

• Capable of performing simple technical work

• Capable of operating computers

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Diligent, hardworking, analytical, honest, loyal, and demonstrate integrity

• Show initiative and creativity with concern for order, health, cleanliness, safety, and security of the work environment
