Purchasing Intern

Job Description:

• Conduct vendor search and selection in accordance with Company policies and requirements.

• Execute and understand the purchasing or procurement of goods and services for the Company following standard procedures in the manufacturing sector.

• Create purchase orders using the SAP system.

• Carry out negotiation processes at every stage of goods and services procurement with vendors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of D3 (Associate Degree) or higher in any major (preferably engineering).

• Able to operate Microsoft Excel (Beginner to Intermediate level).

• Ability to operate the SAP system is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is an added advantage.

• Possess negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Interested in business and manufacturing operations.

• Interested in digital application programs and data analysis.

• Willing to be placed at our plant located in the Indotaisei Industrial Area, Cikampek.
