Social Networking Platform Staff

Main Purpose Job:

Staff, SNS Administration is primarily responsible to support promotional activities in the Marketing Division.

Responsibilities:

1. Replying customer chat and inquiry.

2.  Scheduling release for content.

3. Create leads and or paid promote content.

4.  Create SNS activity: Quiz, Live Event etc.

5. Recap customer chat, inquiry, and leads data.

6. Follow up customer chat and inquiry to dealer or PIC.

7. Follow up customer data for closing sales unit.

8.  Observe competitor SNS.

9.  Report weekly and monthly.

10.  Manage in/out requirement or stock of expenditures of promotional goods.

11.  Other duties related to supporting activities as assigned by the Management.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions and business writing with others.

2. Ability to work cooperatively as a team and stay committed together on the task at hand.

3. Ability to proactively identify priority tasks, anticipate implications and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.

4. Ability to develop ideas and thoughts in promoting products.

5. Fluent in Ms. Office & Social Media Tools

6. Ability for Social Media (Instagram & Tik Tok) content / Host.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Design or in relevant fields.

2. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

3. Candidate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience are preffered.

4. Experience in sales and promotion product.

5. Good in both spoken and written English.

6. Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

7. Good skills in WEB design, Photoshop program will be an advantage. 

8. Prior experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.

9. Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
