Site Acquisition Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Potential Branch Locations

- Search for and gather information about buildings or properties that could be used as branches.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with property owners, agents, and other relevant third parties.

• Conduct Area Surveys & Field Assessments

- Visit and survey targeted areas and potential branch locations.

- Evaluate location potential based on accessibility, visibility, surrounding demographics, and competitor presence.

- Prepare detailed survey reports including photos, location notes, and relevant data.

• Negotiation & Coordination

- Approach and negotiate rental prices or collaboration schemes with building owners.

• Market & Business Feasibility Analysis

- Analyze the needs and market potential in the targeted areas based on collected field data.

- Provide insights and recommendations for locations that align with Pandai Emas's business model.

• Expansion Strategy Development

- Deliver field-based insights and data to support more efficient and targeted expansion strategies.

- Help prioritize expansion areas based on market potential and site readiness.

Minimum Requirements:

• Willing and able to work with high mobility, conducting daily field visits.

• Strong analytical and systematic thinking, with the ability to make decisions based on on-site findings and data.

• Good communication skills, target-driven, and able to build strong relationships with property owners.

• Min experience 1 year

• Owns a personal motorcycle and holds a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).

• Resides in the Jakarta.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in expansion, site acquisition, or location scouting in retail or loan service sectors.

• Basic understanding of commercial property rental, negotiation, and location feasibility analysis.

• Basic understanding in using ArcGIS, QGIS, Avenza, Google MyMaps or geospatial software will be plus
