Shipping Specialist

About Us

PT Golden Victory Manufactures is part of Stella International Group, a global footwear manufacturer headquartered in China (www.stella.com.hk).

We are currently establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, specializing in the sports footwear industry. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Shipping / Export Staff to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle shipment bookings and coordinate shipping arrangements to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare, review, and verify export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other relevant shipping documents.

• Coordinate with logistics service providers (LSPs), shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules and requirements.

• Monitor shipment progress, booking status, shipping deadlines, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure export shipments comply with customer requirements and applicable export procedures.

• Maintain accurate shipping records, export documentation, and shipment data in the relevant systems.

• Identify and resolve shipping or documentation issues in coordination with internal and external parties.

• Prepare shipping reports and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, export, order management, or a related field.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal. Mandarin is preferred.

• Familiarity with logistics service provider (LSP) websites, systems, and shipping-related platforms.

• Knowledge of export documentation, certificates of origin, and shipping procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Experience in footwear manufacturing or export manufacturing is an advantage.
