Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry

Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Pemalang, Central Java
Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements (Key Qualifications):

• Certified Electrical Engineer (valid certification required)

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 1-5 years of relevant work experience

• Knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance

• Understanding of electrical safety standards and regulationsf e

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in English or Chinese is preferred.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

• Operate, monitor, and maintain high, medium, and low-voltage electrical systems.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on generators, UPS, transformers, circuit breakers, and distribution panels.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults, restore equipment operation, and identify root causes.

• Plan and supervise electrical installations, lighting systems, and infrastructure for new facilities or production line expansions.

• Assess electrical load capacity and coordinate with contractors for equipment upgrades and major repairs.

• Maintain low-voltage systems, including power outlets and lighting in operational and residential areas.

• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-efficiency improvement projects.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

• Maintain electrical inspection records and equipment maintenance documentation.
