PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Position: RB Bottom Supervisor, RB Hydraulic, RB Refurbishment, RB Development Assistant Technician, RB Color Matching Officer, RB Material Preparation Officer, RB Junior Development Technician, RB Computer Administrators, RB Dispatch Officer, RB Finishing Staff, RB SG Data Clerk / Statistician, RB Shipping Staff

Placement: Central Java

Requirements:

1. Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

2. Experience in making shoes with RB

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office

4. Able to communicate in English both oral and written. Mandarin will be advantage.

5. Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for Rubber refurbishment, material preparation, color matching and finishing.

2. Responsible for documentation, coordination, and reporting to support daily production activities.

3. Responsible for the overall operations and management of the production department, ensuring safety, quality, output and timely delivery.

4. Responsible for professional management and system planning, supporting stable operation of production units.

5. Responsible for coordination of specific process operations, ensuring standardized operations and stable on-site conditions.

6. Responsible for execution and coordination of specialized functions, implementing management and support duties.
