Senior Manager Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT)

Job Description :

1.    Develop work plans for Finance & Accounting activities to ensure all such activities align with company targets.

2.    Ensure the receipt and disbursement of petty cash funds, verify petty cash reports, and conduct physical counts of petty cash.

3.    Check invoices, debit notes, and statements of account, and ensure that billing is in accordance with procedures.

4.    Reviewing accounts payable and aging reports, and ensuring payments are made within the payment terms.

5.    Establish communication and coordination with customers to ensure the payment process proceeds smoothly.

6.    Establish communication and coordination with customers to ensure the billing process runs smoothly.

7.    Preparing the annual budget report.

8.    Perform approval and release of payments via internet banking in accordance with the authority and authorization matrix.

9.    Prepare necessary correspondence for vendors and customers, as well as internal memos for relevant departments.

10.  Communicate with the customer and the Legal department to draft a cooperation agreement with the customer.     

Qualification :

1.    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

2.    Minimum 5 years of work experience in an accounting or finance position.

3.    Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as Microsoft Excel and the Accurate System.

4.    Capable of managing, mentoring, and developing team members

5.    Good knowledge of accounting principles and applicable financial standards.

6.    Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

7.    Dedicated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.

8.    Prefered fluent in Mandarin & English (vocal and written).

9.    Placement in Batam or Jakarta.
