About the role
A well-established chemical manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Manager to oversee corporate licensing and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
Manage company licensing, including building permits, environmental permits, halal certification, and export-import requirements
Ensure compliance with UKL-UPL, AMDAL, K3L, and other applicable industrial regulations
Coordinate with government authorities and external stakeholders regarding licensing and regulatory matters
Collaborate with auditors to ensure complete legal documentation and regulatory compliance
Identify legal risks and monitor regulatory changes affecting business operations
About you
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law
Solid experience in corporate legal and licensing
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industrial permits
Experience in the chemical industry is preferred
Strong professional networks, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude
