Job Description

• Develop merchandising strategies, product assortments, and purchasing plans to maximize sales and profitability.

• Manage inventory, purchase orders, stock distribution, and product availability across retail channels.

• Analyze sales performance, stock levels, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities.

• Oversee visual merchandising, showroom displays, promotional activities, and retail campaigns.

• Lead and coordinate merchandising teams and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional departments.

• Monitor merchandising performance and prepare reports to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Fashion, or a related field.

• Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.

• Strong managerial and leadership skills, with experience leading a team.

• Knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, product assortment, and visual merchandising.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
