Junior Legal Manager

A well-established chemical manufacturing company serving various industrial sectors is looking for a proactive Junior Legal Manager to manage vendor contracts and support corporate legal matters.

Placement: Cibinong, West Java

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts and commercial agreements

• Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws and company policies

• Identify contractual risks and support negotiations with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Maintain legal documentation and support internal audits

• Monitor contract validity, obligations, and renewals

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law

• Experience in corporate legal, contract management, or commercial agreements

• Good understanding of contract law and legal documentation

• Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; proactive and detail-oriented
