Senior HR Manager or HR Manager

Job Descriptions:
- Recruitment for both head office and project/site operations, ensuring the right talent is available when required.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workforce issues while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.
- Ensure HR policies, employment practices, contracts, and procedures comply with applicable Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate cross-departemental activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
- Perform duties any other duties as directed by the superiors.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any majors preferably in Psychology, Law or Management
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong understanding regarding construction industry operations, Indonesia employment law, regulations, and HR practices will be highly preferred
- Strong execution skills and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (speaking&reading) will be advantage
