Senior Finance Manager or Finance Manager

Job Descriptions:

- Lead the Finance & Accounting function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable SAK/PSAK and company policies.

- Manage Indonesian tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and statutory reporting.  

- Ensure strong internal controls, financial governance, and compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant authorities when required.

- Coordinate cross-departemental activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.

- Perform duties any other duties as directed by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management

- Minimum 10–15 years of finance or accounting experience

- Having professional certification (CA, CPA, Brevet A/B) will be advantage

- Strong understanding regarding construction industry operations that compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations

- Strong execution skills and able to work independently

- Excellent communication skills and teamwork

- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (speaking&reading) will be advantage
