Senior Hardselling Host Live Streaming - Hair Care Product Experience

About the role

Dr. Ville is looking for a Hard Sell Host Live Streaming with hair care product experience to join our growing team in West Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling personal care products through live streaming platforms. You will engage with viewers, showcase products, drive conversions, and help achieve sales targets through effective hard-selling techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce platforms

• Demonstrate, style hair, and explain personal care products clearly and persuasively on-camera

• Apply effective hard-selling techniques to maximize viewer conversions and increase GMV

• Actively interact with viewers, answer questions, handle objections, and build a loyal community during live sessions

• Create simple promotional short-form content as on-camera talent to support upcoming livestream activities

• Maintain a professional, high-energy, positive attitude throughout all broadcasts

• Meet individual sales targets and performance KPIs, while providing feedback on customer preferences to the internal team

About you

• We prioritize hosts who are accustomed to and comfortable with a cute, soft, and feminine makeup style

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Livestream Host, preferably within the hair care product, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry

• Strong product presentation, sales communication, and the ability to confidently execute hard-selling strategies

• Comfortable doing live hair styling, speaking to large audiences, and maintaining high energy

• Familiar with TikTok Shop Live, Shopee Live, or similar e-commerce streaming ecosystems

• Ability to communicate in conversational English

• Bachelor's Degree

• Willing to work in shifts and work onsite in Kedoya, West Jakarta
