Pastry

Requirements:
Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational School, preferably in Culinary Arts or Patisserie.
Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry/bakery is preferred.
Good knowledge of pastry, bakery, cake, and dessert preparation.
Able to operate pastry equipment such as ovens, mixers, and digital scales.
Able to follow recipes, measurements, and production standards accurately.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and a good team player.
Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets.
Creative and passionate about pastry.
Willing to work shifts and follow company SOPs.
