Project Engineer (Villas, Lombok)

About the role

The Project Engineer is responsible for managing the technical execution of the project, acting as the main link between the Project Manager and the construction site. This role ensures that all construction activities are carried out according to the approved design, technical specifications, schedule and budget, coordinating supervisors, subcontractors and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, drafters and consultants to ensure clarity of drawings and specifications, and ensure accurate site execution.

• Review and interpret technical documentation for site execution.

• Ensure all technical solutions are buildable and properly detailed.

• Lead day-to-day construction activities on site.

• Coordinate supervisors, subcontractors and workforce.

• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Act as the main communication channel between the Project Manager and the site team.

• Translate PM directives into actionable instructions for supervisors.

• Report site progress, issues and deviations to the PM.

• Implement the project schedule defined by the PM and monitor overall project schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience in big projects between 1 and 6 hectares, between 20 to 120 villas, so we need people that have experience in big projects

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project engineering.

• Experience in urban planning.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical drawings and site execution.

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of project scheduling, quality control and safety standards.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel and related software.

• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
