About the role
We're looking for a Search Growth Specialist to help grow our eCommerce website traffic, search visibility, and digital performance through organic search, paid media, and website optimization.
Key responsibilities
Develop and optimize SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to improve website visibility.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Identify keyword, content, and traffic growth opportunities.
Monitor and improve Technical SEO and website performance.
Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and search trends.
Work closely with eCommerce, content, and developer teams to support growth initiatives.
About you
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SEO, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome).
Familiar with SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Understand the basics of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Basic knowledge of Technical SEO and website optimization.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
Interested in the latest developments in AI Search, GEO, and AEO.
Proactive, curious, and willing to continuously learn.
