Sales Trainee - Frontliner Learning & Experience (FLEX) Program

The idsMED Frontliner Learning & Experience (FLEX) Program is a comprehensive frontliner trainee initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with the critical skills and hands-on experience needed to excel in the fast-paced world of sales and clinical management. Over the course of just 5 dynamic weeks, participants gain an in-depth understanding of what it takes to succeed as a salesperson in the ever-evolving Healthcare Industry.

After completion of the program, the participants will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position as a medical representative across Indonesia, which will allow them to play a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth.

Qualification:

• Fresh graduates or a maximum of 2 years of working experience in any field

• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

• Strong desire to learn about Sales Area in the Healthcare Industry

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with using various digital tools

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
