MSGRN is a Korean jewelry brand that will be opening its first store in Indonesia, located at Dharmawangsa Square, South Jakarta.

We are looking for individuals who are proactive, creative, honest, disciplined, and responsible to grow together with MSGRN Indonesia.

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Store Staff to join our team at our South Jakarta location. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales performance. As part of our retail operations, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience, representing MSGRN INDONESIA's commitment to excellence and helping customers find exactly what they need.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to support their purchasing decisions

• Processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and card payments with integrity

• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment that reflects the company's standards

• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management and product replenishment

• Promoting store promotions, loyalty programmes and new product lines to customers

• Addressing customer enquiries and complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessary

• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives

• Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements

What we're looking for

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required

• Numeracy skills and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions

• A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service

• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting store standards

• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
