About the role

MSGRN is a Korean accessories brand opening its first store in Indonesia at Dharmawangsa Square, Jakarta Selatan. We are seeking active, creative, honest, disciplined, and responsible individuals to grow with MSGRN Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly manner and provide product information and recommendations
• Conduct sales, process payments, and operate POS/cashier systems
• Manage stock, conduct stock opname, receive incoming goods, and arrange product displays
• Maintain store cleanliness, neatness, and service standards
• Handle customer inquiries, product exchanges, and complaints according to company procedures
• Assist with store opening, closing, and other operational activities

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education; fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Honest, disciplined, friendly, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Interest in fashion, jewelry, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
• Willing to work according to store operational schedule
• Experience in retail, sales, cashier, or customer service is advantageous
• Familiarity with POS systems and stock management is advantageous
